October’s program features Vintage Furniture & Decor Market and Literary Evening
October has arrived with its cooler weather and shorter days. That’s why we at Aparaaditehas are quietly starting to gear up for a rich and cozy indoor season.
This Saturday, October 10th, the Armastuse saal will host “PRODUCTION DIVISION - a Moderately Informative Factory Fairytale, or a Literary Overview of Inventions Old and New.”This event is joining world-builders Riste Sofie Käär and Elo Valner on stage as well as the storytellers and authors of myths: Joonas Veelmaa, Hella Õitspuu, Alexander Kaseste, Joosep Matis Tõnisson, Markus Andreas Auling, Jaak Känd, Susanna Mett, and Ekke Valner.
“Production Division” is the last of the six projects selected for the 2026 Aparaaditehas Cultural Platform. The Aparaaditehas Cultural Platform is an open call for projects that gives young and emerging creators and cultural organizers the opportunity to bring their ideas to life at Aparaaditehas. The platform’s goal is to provide space for new initiatives, experiments, and collaborations, and to bring fresh cultural events and formats to Aparaaditehas.
On October 17, the NaguMuiste studio shop will host a Vintage Furniture & Decor market in Armastuse Saal, where, for one day, over 10 vintage shops will come together to offer an excellent selection of home decor items and furniture from the 1930s through the 1990s. You’ll find carefully curated, exciting vintage items and the chance to find inspiration on how to decorate your home while valuing what you already have.
Also, be sure to keep an eye on the activities happening at our venue. Exciting exhibitions are still ongoing, lively concerts are coming up, and, of course, craft enthusiasts will find something to their liking among our selection of workshops.
See you at Aparaaditehas!
