Mari Frühling is a freelance painter and member of the art group Multinektar. Her studio is located on the third floor of the fifth building of the Aparaaditehas, where she mainly produces photorealistic oil paintings.
Her creative interests include the impact of human (power) position on the rest of the animal kingdom, as well as the dynamics of communication within the human species.
Mari wants to avoid art supplies containing animal components and therefore uses professional vegan-labeled oil paints, synthetic brushes and seeks alternatives to materials that have historically been of animal origin.
Mari graduated from the Pallas Painting Department of Tartu College of Art in 2025.
Laureate of the Hotel Pallas Painting Scholarship in 2024.
Exhibits in galleries since 2022.
