WORKSHOP // sowing cut flowers

You are invited to a workshop on sowing cut flowers under the guidance of Soul Gardener Mariin Manglus-Roos.

In addition to activities, we are looking for answers to the following questions:

  • Why grow your own cut flowers?
  • Which cut flowers to grow in season and which ones to dry?
  • Why do sowings often fail?
  • Where to order high-quality seeds?
  • What is a soil blocker? How can I replace it with home remedies?
  • Which seeds are light-germinating? How deep should they be sown? Which ones should be hardened off first?
  • How to use perlite and vermiculite?
  • What is a heat mat and when is it necessary? What kind of additional light would be needed?
  • How to use sheep wool when sowing?
Fingers in the Soil activities will take place on April 5th from 2 to 4 pm!
