KuRV is a youth-centered cultural rave where Estonia’s folk traditions collide with today’s rave culture.
On stage: DJs, folk dancers, and top traditional musicians blending heritage with modern sound.
Aimed at 14–19-year-old folk dancers, but everyone passionate about culture is welcome!
KuRV reimagines heritage in a bold, rhythmic and unifying way.

New in 2025: AI-powered video performance blending visual art and traditional music in a futuristic format.
The event is part of the Tartu 2024 Extended programme.
