LITERATURE // Gutenberg's talk meter in January

Hey kids, here we come! Gutenberg, the cat from the appliance factory, is hosting children's author TRIINU LAAN in January. Triinu is the author of the thrilling children's books "Luukere Juhani juhtumised" |“The Adventures of Juhan the Sceleton”| and "Poiss ja papa" |“The Boy and the Daddy”|.
The book tells the story of a boy and his grandfather - a very young man and a very old man who get along and make memories to last a lifetime. Full of magical realism with a touch of Southern Estonia, the book makes a clear case for enjoying life. We can have fun with dad and the boy amid comic mischief and fairytale happenings.
We'll also be handing out new reading passes and sampling the best of the best! Bring your dads and head to the library!
Gutenberg Storytime is a series of children's events (free of charge) that take place once a month on Saturdays and are especially open to children aged 3-11. The series is supported by the City of Tartu and the Cultural Endowment of Estonia.
